The Verge pairs the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter chassis with a fully integrated aluminium-XPS living body. Four people, a full bathroom, an energy system for real household appliances – and insulation that makes the difference between a summer vehicle and a year-round vehicle.
The Verge does not start with a finished vehicle that a conversion has to fit into. It starts with the question of what a motorhome looks like when it is lighter, tougher and more capable off-road – and more comfortable all the same.
Every berth sits fully inside the insulated body. The main bed is 160 × 200 cm and stays fixed at the rear – nobody converts the space at night.
The aluminium-XPS sandwich insulates throughout, with few thermal bridges. The fresh-water tank sits fully inside the heated living area; the Truma 4DE keeps hot water and frost protection running automatically.
Light materials, open furniture and large windows: a 6.50 m body, 2.06 m standing height and a panoramic windscreen above the seating group. The atmosphere feels closer to a modern loft than a classic motorhome.
Large worktops, large drawers, premium fittings – and an energy system that carries more than a gas cartridge. Standard are an induction hob and two 30 l fridge drawers; the configurator adds a 90 l fridge, a two-burner hob or a steam oven.
The main bed stays at the rear, 160 × 200 cm, with a recess as a step. Because every berth sits inside the insulated body, there is no cold corner.
90 × 80 cm, with a shower cubicle and sliding shower seal, a slate-look tray, Hansgrohe fittings and the toilet pull-out already proven in the Offtrack Sprinter.
A rear garage with three lockable hatches, wraparound side lockers and storage throughout the interior – together up to 3,550 litres. Tools, shoes, cables and mountain kit have fixed places, arranged low, which lowers the centre of gravity further. Wet kit travels outside, the living space stays living space.

Supervolt Pro 240 Ah LiFePO₄ (expandable to 480 Ah) with heating down to −30 °C, Mac Plus charge controller and CombiMaster 3000 W / 100 A. Digital fuses run through Mastervolt CZone Control 1, backed by a worldwide service network. Battery and solar can be expanded in the configurator.
A 100 l fresh-water tank sits fully inside the heated, insulated living area – 50 l under the floor. Plus 65 l of waste water and the Truma 4DE with water heater and fully automatic Frostcontrol.
Short rear overhang, steep departure angle, a protected entry step and low-lying mass. Mercedes-Benz four-wheel drive on request. Every off-road quality of the Verge is structural; none of it is decoration.
Aluminium-XPS sandwich, Raptor protection on exposed areas, a fully integrated LED light bar and a roof rack that is part of the vehicle architecture. Inside, lightweight multiplex with HPL keeps weight and everyday use in balance.
Power, water and key consumers stay reachable via defined service points. Offtrack Care adds remote maintenance and 48 months of warranty on the vehicle and body as standard – extendable on request.
